Returns & Shipping Policy
Each piece is one of a kind
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIMES
Some pieces are available in stock and ship within 3–5 business days. Others are made to order, if a product is out of stock, you can still place an order and we will make it especially for you.
Made-to-order pieces take between 3 to 8 weeks depending on the product and quantity ordered. You will be informed at the time of purchase which applies to your order.
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Spain: 2–4 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
THE NATURE OF HANDMADE
All pieces are thrown or hand-built in our Barcelona studio. Because of this, there will always be natural variations in glaze tone, texture, and colour between pieces, this is not a defect, it is what makes each one unique.
Dimensions may also vary by 5 to 15 mm from the measurements shown on the product page. We do not accept returns based on colour variation or size tolerance, as these are inherent characteristics of handmade ceramics.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
To start a return, contact us at contacto@amceramics.es before sending anything back.
Damaged on arrival: If your piece arrives broken or damaged, please send us photos within 48 hours of receiving it. We will need:
- A photo of the damaged piece
- A photo of the box it arrived in, showing its condition
Made-to-order pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
