Lake Medium Cup | Handmade Stoneware Cup
The Lake Medium Cup is a handmade stoneware cup, wheel thrown in Barcelona and shaped for everyday moments, a glass of water, a short coffee, or a small pour of juice. Its compact, rounded form sits comfortably in the hand and feels equally at home on a breakfast table or a bedside shelf.
Part of the Lake Collection, the cup carries the collection's signature coffee-brown glaze. Soft green tones may appear naturally along the surface during firing, the result of minerals, glaze, clay and the kiln atmosphere interacting in ways that can never be fully controlled, meaning every handmade stoneware cup develops its own character. As with every piece in the Lake Collection, it carries the quiet, grounded feel that defines Ana Miranda Ceramics, with a weight and texture that feel good to hold.
Made from high-fired stoneware, the Lake Medium Cup is sturdy and easy to live with day to day. Its size makes it a versatile companion to the Lake Large Cup, useful for anything from a quick espresso to a glass of water by the bed, and just as suited to a considered table setting in a café or small restaurant.
Because it's finished entirely in stoneware and glaze, it's safe for daily use in the dishwasher and microwave, and simple to care for over many years.
